E-government generlaly refers to the delivery of national or local government information and services via the internet or other digital means. Its development, so the argument goes, will allow people to have their say in government, thereby providing citizens with better services from government organisations.In addition, government services will become more integrated and communication between organisations will be more effective, keeping citizens better informed about laws, policies and services.
