共分为五章,从第一章至第五章分别介绍了内蒙古的自然条件特点、内蒙古植物资源特征、孢粉学基本知识、现代孢粉形态的研究方法、内蒙古植物花粉形态特征。在第五章共收录描述了内蒙古森林、草原、荒漠三大植被主要植物372种,隶属81科228属(包括19变种,5亚种及少量的栽培种)。以恩格勒系统(Englersystem)为科属种排列顺序,描述了每种植物花粉的形状、大小、萌发器官类型和数量及花粉粒表面纹饰等形态特征,并且根据相关文献资料,对每种植物的花果期、生境、分布、产地、用途等内容进行了整理和凝炼。针对每种植物还配有1-3幅利用扫描电子显微镜拍摄的高清花粉图片,更加直观地反应出每种植物的花粉形态特征和应用价值。 展开▼
