Objective To investigate the effect on infant growth and development of Stronger Neo-Minophagen CTM used for chronic hepatitis B in late trimester pregnant women. Methods One hundred and sixty late trimester pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B were randomly assigned into two arms:patients in group A were treated with Stronger Neo-Minophagen CTM (n=80) and patients in group B were treated with ademetionine injection (n=80). The height, weight, head circumference and chest circumference of 6, 12 and 24 months from birth were measured, while the mental and motor status were assessed by Bai-ley developmental schedules of the mental development index (MDI) and Psychomotor development index (PDI). Results There was no significant difference in the height, weight, head circumference and chest circumference at 6, 12 and 12 months from birth (P>0.05), and no difference in MDI and PDI between infants of two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion There were no significant ef-fects on the growth and development of infants in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B treated with Stronger Neo-Minopha-gen CTM.% 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液（SNMC）治疗妊娠晚期慢性乙肝患者对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法选择妊娠晚期慢性乙肝患者160例，分为SNMC组和思美泰注射液（SAM）对照组，每组80例。随访测量婴幼儿出生后6、12和24个月时的身高、体重、头围和胸围；同时采用贝利婴幼儿发展量表的智力发展指数（MDI）和运动发展指数（PDI）对婴幼儿的智力和运动状况进行评估。结果两组婴幼儿在6、12和24个月时的身高、体重、头围和胸围均数比较以及MDI和PDI均数比较，均无统计学差异（均P＞0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗妊娠晚期慢性乙肝患者，对婴幼儿生长发育无明显影响。
