结合当前复杂性研究成果与合作研发项目特征,本文从多样性、非线性、适应性和整体性四个主要方面剖析了其复杂性根源.在此基础上,根据复杂适应系统理论的基本思想,探讨了合作研发项目的复杂适应系统特征,构建了项目系统概念模型,并阐述了模型的基本结构.最后,针对合作研发项目的复杂现实,本文提出了合作研发项目动态递进管理模式.%Combined the current research of complexity with the unique characteristics of cooperative R&D project, the origin of complexity of cooperative R&D projects is analyzed from four main aspects: diversity, non-linear, adaptive and holistic.Then, in the light of the thinking of complex adaptive system theory, this paper analyzes the complex adaptive features of cooperative R&D project.builds a conceptual model of project system, and also explains the basic structure of the model.Finally, in view of the complex reality of cooperative R&D project, this paper puts forward the dynamic progressive management model of cooperative R&D project.
