City of Chongqing is an integration of metropolitan area,wide-ranging rural area,large reservoir area,huge mountainous area,and natonal minority area,and over two third of its population live in countryside,more than one third of fourty districs and counties within its jurisdiction,the controdictions of dual structure between cities and rural areas are prominent,plan development of cities and rural areas as whole has a long difficult way to go.In long run,it is imperative to take leading industries fosterring as central,rely on central city and sub-central cities,and make use of towns network penetration,take industry belt formation as path to push the development of industry concentration in Chongqing for vigorously developing industry development in Chongqing and realizing overall development of rural areas driven by large cities.%重庆市集大城市、大农村、大库区、大山区和民族地区于一体,超过三分之二的人口在农村,40个区县中超过三分之一为贫困县,城乡二元结构矛盾突出,统筹城乡发展任重道远。从长远发展看,要振兴重庆的产业发展,实现大城市带大农村的统筹发展,应以主导产业培育为核心,以中心城市和次级中心城市为依托,借助城镇网络的渗透,以产业带形成为途径,来推进重庆产业集聚的发展。
