摘要

The mold release is applied to metallic mold in which cold plug concave portion (13) connecting spool hole is formed. The mold release is coated towards cavity from cold plug so that the pressure inside spool hole, runner groove, gate hole are reduced. The mold release supply path (20) is provided to movable mold while connecting concave portion through open-close valve. The exhaust route (30) is provided to movable mold to cavity through open-close valve. The cold plug is provided to metallic mold. The movable shut-off pin is provided for respectively opening mold release supply path and exhaust route.
