PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community management device that determines a community member or not while dispensing with a complicated member registration process in a cyber-community.;SOLUTION: In the community management device, link information between article information is extracted from article information distributed by an article management device for managing contributed articles in the unit of user IDs, and member information is acquired from a member information storage means for storing member information which shows whether the user ID is the member of the community or not. A community score is computed weighting link information included in the article information contributed by an existing member, more than link information included in article information contributed by a non-member. When the community score is higher than a predetermined value, the user ID corresponding to the community score is considered as a member, and when the community score is lower than the predetermined value, the user ID is considered as a non-member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
