PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing play machine capable of easily creating an image to which blurring is applied.;SOLUTION: A photo sticker creation device provides a provision image that is created by using a photographic image obtained by photography with a camera, to a user. Regarding the provision image, the photo sticker creation device identifies a specific region 165a in a part of the provision image. On the basis of a result of identification, blurring processing is applied to a non-specific region 165c excluding the specific region 165a, in a mode different from the specific region 165a.
