The present invention relates to the production process of a catalyst layer used in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) which are a part of systems for generating mobile and static energy. The method for producing the catalyst layers which is the subject of the invention is characterized in that it comprises the steps of first coating the gas diffusion layer (carbon paper) with 33 angstroms of titanium (Ti), then the platinum (Pt) cobalt (Co) to coat. Interlayers begin with cobalt (Co) sequentially so that the Pt: Co ratio is 1/3 and finally coated with 4 Angstroms Pt.
