As part of an ecosystem study of dry-evergreen forest and associated dry dipterocarp forest at the Sakaerat Experiment Station in Amphoe Pak Thong Chai, Changwat Nakhon Rachasima, in north-eastern Thailand, it has been decided to examine the structure and floristic composition of various parts of the forests and to attempt to relate observed variations to various environmental and ecological factors.
