AJ100-leading practice Foster + Partners has written down the value of its company by £129.4 million, according to new figures posted at Companies House. The huge write-down relates to the drop in value of its subsidiary Foster Group (International) and the value of Piers Heath Associates, which it snapped up three years ago. The fall in the so-called 'goodwill value' of the two subsidiaries means the global practice has reduced its market value from £369 million in 2012 to £244 million in April last year.
