Jean Nouvel has spoken to the AJ of the need for a tall buildings strategy in major cities. The One New Change designer was in London this week for an exhibition of his mirror designs at the Gagosian Gallery (pictured). 'I think towers are like a joker in the pack,' he said. 'You can play the card sometimes and it's a very useful tool. But, if you put towers in any and every place, it's ridiculous.
