1. Information appeared that on June 26, 2003 M.Kasyanov signed the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 390 "On approval of the technique for defining a cumulative weighed estimate (rating) of a specialized depository in the process of the competition of 2003 for the selection of a specialized depository and requirements for the participants (and their officials) of the competition for choosing managing companies for contracting with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the sphere of services of a specialized depository and trust management of pension accumulations". It removes a so-called historical restriction on the period of the company's work in the market. Now almost any managing company having a license can participate in a competition for the operation with pension accumulations. 2. An introduction of ruble as basic means of cashless settlements was to begin in Belarus on 01.07.03. However the president of Belarus did not sign a relative law. So, the project of creation of the single union state Russia-Belarus was threatened with failure. 3. The OAO Gazprom and NK LUKOIL created a joint venture for the development of the shelf of the Caspian Sea. The heads of these companies signed a constituent agreement on the creation of the OOO Tsentr-Kaspneftegaz. It becomes an authorized enterprise for the development of the structure Centralnaya in the Caspian Sea. The ZAO NK Kazmunajgaz is to be an authorized representative of Kazakhstan.
