1. Papers must be written in English. Submit (i) one hard copy of the manuscript and a diskette containing a PDF file, or (ii) e-mail a PDF file to the Editor: Professor E. Kwan Choi, Department of Economics, Iowa State University, Ames, IA 50011, USA. Tel: 515-294-5999; Fax: 294-9913; E-mail: kchoi@iastate.edu.rnThe submission fee is $100 for all authors. Payment may be by check (payable to RIE) or credit card (Visa/Master Card). Provide account number, expiration date, signature, and mail or fax the letter. Manuscripts should be no more than 25 double-spaced typewritten pages. The RIE style guides can be obtained from the editorial office.
