摘要

The research of the ?lnformation Processing and Systems? (TIS) Branch oims to develop, adapt and apply advanced information processing technologies to the oerospoce and defense sector. These are methods and tools for using the signals delivered by various perception devices to pilot comp/ex systems and identify models of their dynamic behaviour. It a/so concerns formal methods, the associated tools, numerical simulation methods to assist in the design activity, fo ossess or check the performance level in the first stages of a project. One particular feature of the TIS teams is the c/ose combination between specialists in the most advanced theoretical infor-mation processing methods and ?system? experts from the aeronaufics, spoce ancf defense fields: civilian or military aircraft, drones, missiles, orbital systems, launcb vehides, air transport, and defense systems.
