摘要

Improvements to the decision-making process in the areas of preventive repairs and facility management for a range of infrastructure entail the operations of maintenance, upgrade and retrofitting. Depending on the information available concerning the state of facilities, specific types of operations can be programmed. Assigning priority action to a given operation necessitates an evaluation process that introduces several criteria at various functional levels. The SINERGIE software has been developed to support the information processing required to make the transition from measuring an operational anomaly to scheduling an appropriate course of action. This step comprises an Information System (IS) that oversees all information pertinent to operations evaluation and serves to derive a Decision Assistance Interactive System (SIAD, according to the French acronym). The solution consists of managing a shared memory of the state of the facility as a means of accompanying operational actors in taking decisions to enhance facility management: any choice proposed via this SIAD instrument may be justified by technical or strategic arguments that fall under control of the IS.
