血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18水平与2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的关系

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the association of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and inter-leukin-18 (IL-18) levels with insulin resistance in rats with type 2 diabetes mel itus. Methods Thirty SPF Wistar rats were divided randomly into diabetic group(n=15) and control group(n=15). The diabetes mel itus was induced by feeding with high-fat diet and injection of streptozotocin (30mg/kg). The fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS) and serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18 were measured 4 weeks after model establishment, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results Compared to control group, the serum levels of FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly increased in diabetic group(P<0.01). The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18 of diabetic group were remarkably increased as compared to those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18 levels are associated with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mel itus.%  目的探讨白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6( IL-6)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)与2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法30只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(15只)和糖尿病组(15只)。高脂饲料配合小剂量链脲佐菌素30mg/kg静脉注射建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。4周后观测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)及血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果4周后糖尿病组大鼠FBG、FINS和HOMA-IR均高于对照组(均P<0.01);且血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18水平均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18水平升高与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发生有关;IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18的同时升高可间接反映2型糖尿病及胰岛素抵抗的病情变化。
