By using of the Logit model ,combined with field survey data of 564 peasants from 5 pilot towns in Anhui Province , this paper investigates the cognition of affirmation in rural land contract management right and its influencing factors . The results show that ,age , education level , physical condition ,second round contracting area , structure of agricultural production , household income from agriculture or transferring rent ,cognitive level on land transferring ,micro‐political participation ,micro‐political participation willingness and in the plain terrain area have a significant positive effect ,but whether peasants involved deputies elections have a significant negative effect on cognition .%运用Logit模型，结合安徽省5个试点乡镇564位农民田野调查资料，研究了农民对农地承包经营权确权的认知程度及其影响因素。研究结果表明：年龄、文化程度、身体状况、二轮土地承包面积、家庭收入来自农业收入或流转租金、是否从事粮食生产、对农地流转的认知程度、微观政治参与度、微观政治参与意愿、所在地区地形为平原等变量对农地承包经营权确权认知状况呈现为正向显著，而是否参与过人大代表选举的农民与认知程度呈现出负向显著。
