基于0-1二次规划的非干预式负荷识别算法研究

         

摘要

居民用电信息细化对于规划居民电器使用和降低电能消耗具有重要的意义。在分析居民负荷特性的基础上,创新性地提出一种基于0-1二次规划的居民负荷识别算法,并通过改造为连续化0-1二次规划以解决离散0-1二次规划求解过程中约束条件不易处理的缺陷。基于所提出的负荷识别算法,可将单个居民家庭用电数据细分至负荷级别。测试结果表明选取合适的负荷识别指标,可以获取较高的识别精度,该算法可以应用于居民家庭中的非干预式负荷监测系统。%The decomposed information of power consumption of household appliances is meaningful for scheduling the appliances and the reduction in home energy use. This paper proposes a novel load identification method based on quadratic 0-1 programming after a brief analysis on the residents load signature, and transforms the discrete model into continuous quadratic 0-1 programming model for overcoming the defects of complicated solving process. The power consumption of individual household could be decomposed into load level using the proposed algorithm. The recognition accuracy of load identification algorithms based on continuous quadratic 0-1 programming algorithm is tested, the results reveal that the algorithm could achieve high identification accuracy with appropriate load identification index, suitable for the NILM system of residential household.
