城市电网智能调度故障辅助决策系统设计开发

         

摘要

This paper introduces an auxiliary decision-making system software applicable for urban power dispatching department, which assists dispatchers to make decision for dealing accidents through three procedures: faults diagnosis, faults recovery and visualizing decisions’ information. The process of faults diagnosis assures the accuracy of orienting the faults’ section via stratifying and dealing with faults’ information. The process of faults recovery improves the rationality of faults recovery decision by targeted making evaluation criteria for faults recovery schemes. The process of visualizing decisions’ information provide intuitive and effective display of auxiliary decision through displaying real information the dispatchers need from massive faults’ information. This software thoroughly consider dispatchers’ necessities of making decision, and its feasibility is proved through examination conducted in a city’s power grid adjustment platform.%介绍了一种可应用于城市电网调度部门的故障辅助决策系统软件,该软件通过故障诊断、故障恢复以及决策信息可视化三个环节辅助调度员进行事故处理决策。故障诊断环节通过分层处理故障信息,保证了故障定位区段的准确性。故障恢复环节通过有针对性的制定故障恢复方案评价指标,提高了故障恢复决策的合理性。决策信息可视化环节在海量故障信息中筛选出调度员真正需要的信息进行显示,提供了直观有效的辅助决策展示。该软件充分考虑调度员的决策需要,在某城市电网地调平台的应用测试验证了软件设计的可行性。
