Industrial integration and technology fusion are two important factors which lead to industrial upgrading. The implications of industrial upgrading are most prominently displayed in hi-tech industries. Industrial integration are changing existing standards of technology system. Technology fusion calls for multi-talented employees who have cross-disciplinary backgrounds with both theoretical knowledge and skills.
