硝酸铵的表面改性研究

         

摘要

Surface modification of ammonium nitrate by the liquid phase separation technology was studied to decrease the moisture absorption and agglomeration of ammonium nitrate at normal temperature. Polyvinyl acetate ( PVAC) , polyacrylamide (PAM) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were choosen respectively as coating materials, and the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Results showed the better effects of ammonium nitrate, which was spherical and showed the better fluxion property, modified by PVAC and PAM. Their moisture absorption descended respectively by 32.8% and 24.1% after 24 hours. The moisture absorption of ammonium nitrate modified by PEG in the condition of -0.085 Mpa and 50℃ decreased by 22.4%.%针对硝酸铵常温下极易吸湿结块问题,通过液相分离包覆技术对硝酸铵进行表面改性研究,分别选用聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚乙二醇(PEG)作为包覆材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对改性的硝酸铵进行表征.试验结果表明:利用PVAC、PAM包覆后的改性效果较好,硝酸铵外表呈球状,流散性较好,改性后的硝酸铵24h的吸湿率可分别下降32.8%、24.1%,PEG在- 0.085MPa,50℃改性的硝酸铵吸湿性下降了22.4%.
