本文首先比较了几种生产物流管理的模式,引出生产物流瓶颈辨识和转移的研究意义;然后对国内外的相关研究现状进行了分析,并总结出其存在的问题;最后指出应将瓶颈转移作为今后的研究方向。通过有关瓶颈转移因素及瓶颈转移规律的研究,以实现瓶颈动态属性及瓶颈转移过程的定量描述,建立物流瓶颈转移预测模型,解决生产物流瓶颈转移的预测问题。%This paper starts with comparing several kinds of production logistics management models,and eliciting the importance of production logistics bottleneck identification and drift and then analyzes the status of related research and summarizes the existing problems.At last this paper pointes out that the bottleneck drift should be the research orientation in the future to realize the quantitative description about the bottleneck dynamic attributes and bottleneck drift process,and establish the model of logistics bottleneck drift prediction to solve the problem of production logistics bottleneck drift.
