晶体硅太阳能电池无网结网版用正银浆料研究

         

摘要

采用水浴加热法制备有机载体,利用该载体制备硅太阳能电池正面银浆.研究了浆料的有机载体对电池片正面细栅线高宽比的影响,以及最终对电池片转换效率的影响;同时也探讨了不同玻璃体系在不同方阻的电池片上的差异性.通过SEM和TGA/DSC分析手段,分析栅线表面形貌、正银浆料无机体系以及硅片方阻等对电池片效率产生影响的机理.结果表明栅线表面平整且宽度小的电池片效率最高;含铅玻璃体系适应高中低方阻的电池片,而无铅玻璃体系只适应中低方阻的电池片.最终设计出适合无网结网版印刷特性的正银浆料,同时匹配相应方阻,提高了电池片效率.%Organic carrier was developed by heating in water-bath, and the front silver paste of crystalline silicon solar cell was prepared by using above organic carrier. The effect of organic carrier on the ratio of height to width of the grid lines was studied. The relationship between the efficiency of the solar cells and glass systems was analyzed. With the help of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA/DSC), it is found that, the efficiency of the solar cells is closely related with the surface topography of the grid lines, glass frits of paste and square resistance of silicon cells. In order to improve the efficiency of solar cells, it is necessary to select a front silver paste which printed well on the no-mesh network version, and it is necessary to adjust the square resistance of solar cells to match the front silver paste.
