热电材料与器件在太阳能利用领域的应用研究现状

         

摘要

太阳光伏发电与热发电是近年来两种新兴的能源利用方式,两者均因具有清洁、安全、能量来源广泛等优异特性而受到越来越多的关注.在传统的太阳能利用过程中,光伏电池表面会积累很多由太阳辐射产生的热量.为了更好的利用这一部分的能量,研究人员将以上两种能源利用形式进行了结合.本文综述了热电材料和热电器件在太阳能利用领域的相关应用,包括光电-热电集成器件的开发、光电-热电复合材料的制备与应用等,并在此基础上对其未来发展进行了展望.%Solar radiation has been widely utilized in the form of light and heat, emerging in recent years, because of the excellent characteristics of cleanliness, safety and extensive sources. In traditional photovoltaic cells, a lot of heat is generated by solar radiation and accumulates on the surface, which is unwelcome by solar cells. To make better use of this part of solar energy, researchers have combined photovoltaic and thermoelectric technology. In this paper, the applications of thermoelectric materials and devices in the field of solar energy utilization are summarized, including the development of photoelectric-thermoelectric integrated devices, and photoelectric-thermoelectric composite materials. Finally, the future development trends about the photovoltaic application of thermoelectric materials and devices are presented.
