适用于FDD-LTE/WCDMA的宽频微带贴片天线设计

         

摘要

设计了一种同轴馈电的倒T型槽缝结构的宽带微带贴片天线,该天线采用加载缝隙的方法改变矩形贴片表面电流路径来引入附加谐振,从而增大带宽,同时引入新型馈电结构,采用垂直馈电板形成线性馈电,改善天线的阻抗匹配特性.利用HFSS软件对天线进行仿真,通过分析缝隙形状和尺寸对天线辐射特性的影响,得到天线的结构参数.结果表明,天线的S11≤-10 dB相对带宽为30%,覆盖1.7~2.3 GHz频段,天线的整体辐射特性良好,1×2天线阵列最大增益达到12.6 dBi,可应用于FDD-LTE和WCDMA工作频段的移动通信基站.%A T-shaped microstrip patch antenna which was fed by coaxial line was proposed. The antenna can realize the function of wide bandwidth by changing the rectangular patch surface current path. At the same time, a new type of feed structure was introduced and a vertical feed plate was used to form a linear feed to improve the impedance matching characteristics of the antenna. The antenna was simulated, and the structure parameters of the antenna were obtained by analyzing the influence of slot shape and length on the radiation characteristics of the antenna. The simulation results show that the frequency channels of the antenna are within 1.7-2.3 GHz when S11≤-10 dB, and the relative bandwidth of the antenna is 30%. Moreover, it has good unitary radiation. The peak gain of 1×2 antenna array is 12.6 dBi, which could be applied to the mobile communication base station of FDD-LTE and WCDMA.
