花状CoS的原位制备及其染料敏化电池对电极性能研究

         

摘要

Synthesis of counter electrodes (CEs) with Pt-free, FTO-Free, good conductivity and excellent electrocatalytic activity is significant for the study of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The flower-like CoS were prepared by a one-step method on graphite paper (GP) substrate, and then used as the CEs of DSSCs. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X ray diffraction (XRD), X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), cyclic voltammetry curves (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), Tafel polarization curves and photovoltaic characteristic curves(JV),the morphology,phase and chemical state,and electrochemical performance were researched.The test results show that after adding CTAB, the diameter of flower-like cobalt sulfide becomes smaller and evenly distributes on the graphite paper substrate, which has higher catalytic activity. Compared with Pt electrode (6.73%), its photoelectric conversion efficiency achieves 7.57%.%寻找无铂、无FTO、导电性好且电催化性能优异的对电极对染料敏化电池的研究具有重大意义.本文通过一步水热法成功地在石墨纸基材上原位制备花状的CoS,并用作于染料敏化太阳能电池对电极.通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、循环伏安曲线、电化学阻抗谱分析、Tafel 极化曲线以及光伏特性曲线分别对其形貌、物相及其化学状态、电化学性能进行研究.测试结果表明加入CTAB后,花状的硫化钴直径变小,且均匀密集地分布在石墨纸基底上,具有较高的电催化活性.和Pt电极相比(6.73%),其光电转化效率达到7.57%.
