[Summary] A 19-year-old male patient with central diabetes insipidus complained of polydipsia and polyuria and was found to be accompanied by cervical vertebra lesions.The diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis was confirmed by laboratory and pathological results.Therefore,it should be alert to consider the possibility of Langerhans cell histiocytosis in a patient with central diabetes insipidus coexisting with the signs of multisystem lesions such as bone disease.%报道1例以多饮、多尿为主诉的19岁男性中枢性尿崩症患者,同时合并颈椎病变,经实验室和病理学检查明确诊断为朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症.因此,对于中枢性尿崩症合并骨骼等多个系统损害的患者,要警惕朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的可能性.
