维生素E对冷应激下蛋种鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋黄和组织中α-生育酚含量的影响

         

摘要

本试验旨在探讨冷应激条件下饲粮中添加维生素E对海兰褐蛋种鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及蛋黄和组织中α-生育酚含量的影响.试验选用39周龄海兰褐蛋种鸡288只,随机分成6组,每组4个重复.维生素E以维生素E醋酸酯的形式添加,其添加水平分别是0(对照组)、20、40、80、160和320 mg/kg,预试期2周,试验期8周.结果表明:与对照组相比,80、160和320 mg/kg组产蛋率极显著提高(P<0.01),其中160 mg/kg组最高,而320 mg/kg组相对160mg/kg组有下降趋势(P>0.05);添加不同水平维生素E对种蛋品质未见影响(P>0.05);随维生素E添加水平的增加,蛋黄、肝脏、心脏中α-生育酚含量呈线性增加,而肾脏沉积增加不明显.试验结果提示,海兰褐蛋种鸡饲粮中增加维生素E的添加水平可以缓解冷应激造成的生产性能的下降,提高蛋黄、肝脏和心脏的α-生育酚含量.%: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin E on performance, egg quality , yolk and tissue a-tocopherol contents of breeding hens under cold stress. A total of 288 Hy-Line brown breeding hens, 39 weeks old, were used and divided into six groups randomly with four replicates per group. The basal diet contained 2. 375 mg/kg vitamin E. The vitamin E in the form of DL-a-tocopheryl acetate was added to the diets at a level of 0, 20, 50, 80, 160 or 320 mg/kg. Preliminary trial period was 2 weeks and experimental period was 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: compared with 0 mg/kg group, the laying rate was increased when 80, 160 and 320 mg/kg vitamin E were added (P<0.01) ; the 160 mg/kg group was highest, while the 320 mg/kg group tended to decline(P>0.05). Effect of dietary treatment was not observed in egg quality (P>0.5). The a-tocopherol contents of yolk, liver and heart were increased linearly, and effect of dietary treatment was not observed in kidney. The results suggest that dietary vitamin E can alleviate the performance decrease caused by cold stress in Hy-Line brown breeding hens, meanwhile increase the a-tocopherol content of yolk, liver and heart.
