The paper firstly analyses the status of our financial disintermediation and demonstrated that the countermeasure of our commercial banks, under the background of financial disintermediation, it is carrying on that financial innovation and the key of financial innovation is Customer Relationship Management(CRM); then, the paper analyses the status and the existing problems of CRM in our commercial banks; lastly, the paper puts forward speculations and suggestions for our commercial banks to implement of CRM.
