Central Specialized Design Bureau (TsSKB) is the leading Russian State organization in development of space technologies and information systems for the remote sensing of the Earth. We briefly present our recent research results and technologies on developing and testing precision control systems, of motion on Russian low-orbital spacecrafts for solving various nature-protectonal problems, including actual problems of the ecological monitorig.
